The mammoth 12,000Sq.ft. / 300 seat Modern American Restaurant is embellished in the heart of the prestigious Plaza 10 office tower. Guests will indulge in a wide variety of food options including; Crunchy Tuna Tartare Rice Cakes, Sashimi/Sushi/Specialty Roll Selection, Artisanal Wood-Fired Pizzas, Seafood Chitarra Pasta, 32oz Bone in Prime Tomahawk, Seared Scottish Salmon, Pan Seared Branzino, and our Delectable Pressed Young Chicken with Pomegranate Jus . Or a 1/2 lb Prime Beef Burger that will get the juice running down your arm. For the ultimate conclusion to an unforgettable meal our desert menu takes the cake. The Warm Cookie Skillet is the epitome of the word indulgence, as a giant chocolate chip cookie is loaded with Tahitian vanilla gelato, dark chocolate sauce, and a small mountain of whipped cream. Hudson & Co. patrons are eligible to receive “3 Hours” free parking within the outdoor lot across the street from the Mandalay Building. Proof of Purchase is required.
