Hudson & Co. stands on the waterfront, within the rapidly evolving Harborside district in Jersey City. The mammoth 12,000Sq.ft. / 300 seat nautical gastropub is embellished in the heart of the prestigious Plaza 10 office tower. While featuring multiple indoor and outdoor dining options, the entire establishment boasts unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline across the historic Hudson River.

Besides stylish décor, breathtaking views, and an interactive atmosphere. The dining and cocktail selection at Hudson & Co. add a unique element to downtown Jersey City. Serving dishes that are sophisticated yet approachable, offering shareability or traditional dining. Guests will indulge in a wide variety of food options including; crunchy tuna tartare rice cakes, sashimi/sushi roll selection, artisanal wood-fired pizzas, wild caught arctic char, a 40 day dry aged NY Strip, and homemade delicata squash ravioli with sage. Or a 1/2 lb Prime Beef Burger that will get the juice running down your arm. For the ultimate conclusion to an unforgettable meal our desert menu takes the cake. The Warm Cookie Skillet is the epitome of the word indulgence, as a giant chocolate chip cookie is loaded with Tahitian vanilla gelato, dark chocolate sauce, and a small mountain of whipped cream. Items like the Caramel Apple Walnut Cake, the Fruit Cobbler and a Nutella Cheesecake will make it difficult to not end on a sweet note. As wide as the food selection, guests can order from 120 different beers in bottle or draught, 4 of which are small batch draughts on constant rotation, not to mention an extensive list of wines and cocktails.

For convenience, Hudson & Co. Bar & Grill is in close proximity to Jersey City’s Harborside Light Rail, the Exchange Place Path Station, NY Waterway ferry stop and the Newport Marina.

Chef Stefan Ondrus is an awarded culinary leader that has proven to set the bar within the industry.  Chef Stefan previously helmed the kitchen at BLT Bar and Grill within the W Hotel, and has cooked for notable kitchens such as Rene Pujol and One If By Land.

Hudson & Co’s Chef De Cuisine Dmitri Petriakov is a celebrated industry leader gaining some of the highest accolades in the culinary scene. Chef Dmitri was previously the executive chef helming the kitchen at 3 Westerly, and BLT Prime in NYC.
